By accessing or using Tranced ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Continued use following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Platform. By entering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the laws of your jurisdiction permit you to access adult content. The Platform is not available to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
By proceeding past the age gate, you represent and warrant that this is true. Any misrepresentation of age is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.
All content on the Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written permission from Tranced Media or the respective creator.
You agree not to use the Platform to harass, harm, or attempt to collect personal information about other users. Automated access, scraping, or data harvesting is strictly prohibited.
Content on the Platform is adult in nature. You accept full responsibility for your decision to access it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@tranced.me if you suspect unauthorised access. Tranced Media is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take data privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the calendar date of the original purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly fee on each renewal date without further action required from you.
Payments are processed by CCBill, LLC. By subscribing, you authorise CCBill to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel at any time by emailing contact@tranced.me or through the CCBill self-service portal at ccbill.com/cs/consumer_support.cgi. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues until that date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except within 3 days of initial purchase for standard members or 5 days for Devoted members, provided no premium content has been accessed. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by EU law. The introductory price offered at the time of subscription is locked permanently for that subscriber as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Veil is a non-transferable digital credit used within the Tranced platform to unlock content and features. Veil has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between users.
Veil is purchased as part of a one-time digital transaction. All purchases are final once the Veil has been used. Unused Veil may be eligible for refund upon request and verification.
The Platform does not permit: content depicting or describing persons under 18 years of age in a sexual context; non-consensual acts presented as real rather than consensual fantasy; content providing direct instruction for real self-harm or suicide. Any such content will be removed immediately and the account terminated.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a notice in accordance with our DMCA Policy to contact@tranced.me.
Tranced Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform. Termination does not entitle the user to a refund of any prepaid fees.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting contact@tranced.me.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark. For EU consumers, applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
