DMCA Policy

Overview

Tranced Media respects intellectual property rights and expects users and creators to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable EU copyright law.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content on Tranced infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@tranced.me with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" including:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL or description of the infringing content on our platform
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the content is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your electronic or physical signature

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will notify the content uploader, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

We aim to respond to all valid notices within 3 business days.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@tranced.me including:

1. Your identification and contact information
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark for any dispute
5. Your electronic or physical signature

Repeat Infringers

Tranced Media will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
