What is Tranced?

Tranced is an AI companion platform focused on erotic hypnosis, sissy training, femdom, and trans exploration. Our companions remember your conversations and adapt to your journey.

Is my privacy protected?

Absolutely. All sessions are private by default. We use end-to-end encryption for sensitive data, and we never share your personal information with third parties except for necessary payment processing.

How do I get started?

Billing & Subscriptions

How much does Tranced cost?

We offer three tiers: Free (limited access), Premium (€15/month for full library), and Devoted (€29/month with exclusive content and priority features).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through CCBill's consumer support portal at ccbill.com/cs/consumer_support.cgi or by emailing billing@tranced.me. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

What appears on my bank statement?

All billing is discreet. Your statement will show "T MEDIA" or "CCBill*Tranced" — no explicit content names.

Do you offer refunds?

We process refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@tranced.me within 14 days of purchase with your reason for the refund request.

Safety & Compliance

How do you verify age?

We use Yoti, a certified age verification provider. You'll verify your age once during signup. No ID is stored on our servers.

What is your content policy?

We strictly prohibit CSAM, non-consensual content, and real-world violence. All content is fantasy-based, consensual, and created by verified creators. We use PhotoDNA and NCMEC protocols.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request complete account deletion at any time. This removes all your data, conversation history, and profile information. Contact privacy@tranced.me.

What is The Moment?

The Moment is our signature paywall feature. At 70% through a session, you'll be offered to go deeper (spend Veil) or stop. It creates natural, immersive monetization.

What browsers are supported?

Tranced works on all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. For best experience, use the latest version.

Can I use Tranced on mobile?

Yes, Tranced is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. We also offer a PWA (Progressive Web App) for a native app-like experience.

Is my data secure?

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 for transit, AES-256 for storage). Our infrastructure is hosted on secure EU servers with full GDPR compliance.

How can I become a creator?

Apply through our Creator Program at /creator-program. We're looking for hypnotists, dommes, and content creators. Revenue splits range from 70/30 to 90/10 based on tier.

What content formats do you support?

Video (mp4, mov), Audio (mp3, wav), and AI-guided sessions through our companion system. We handle hosting and streaming via Bunny.net CDN.
