What is this charge?

T MEDIA and CCBill *T MEDIA are the billing descriptors for Tranced Media (tranced.me), a digital content subscription platform. Payments are processed by CCBill, LLC, a licensed payment processor.

The descriptor does not include the full platform name by design — for the privacy of our subscribers.

How to identify the charge

The charge will appear in one of these formats:

  • T MEDIA
  • CCBill *T MEDIA
  • T MEDIA EUR 15.00 or T MEDIA EUR 29.00 (subscription)
  • T MEDIA EUR 4.99 / 9.99 / 17.99 (one-time purchase)

Each charge corresponds to either a monthly subscription (€15.00 or €29.00) or an in-platform purchase (€4.99, €9.99, or €17.99).

If you made this charge

You can manage your subscription — including cancelling, viewing transaction history, or updating your payment method — directly at CCBill's consumer portal using the subscription ID from your confirmation email:

ccbill.com/cs/consumer_support.cgi

You can also log in to your account at tranced.me/account to review your subscription and cancel directly.

If you did not make this charge

Contact us immediately at billing@tranced.me with the last 4 digits of your card and the transaction date. We will investigate and, if the charge is unauthorised, arrange a full refund.

Please contact us before disputing with your bank. We resolve billing issues directly within 24 hours in most cases — faster than a bank dispute, and without the hassle.

Cancellation

Cancel any active subscription immediately at ccbill.com/cs/consumer_support.cgi using your subscription ID. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation is confirmed.

For email cancellations: billing@tranced.me with subject "Cancel my subscription". Processed within 24 hours.
